Terms for using the Black Sable™ ATLAS website and its illustrative material.
Information and enquiries
This website introduces services and allows you to prepare an enquiry. It does not accept payments or create a professional appointment. Scope, fees, timing, responsibilities and the identity of the contracting entity must be agreed in writing before work starts.
Professional reliance
General information and demonstrations do not replace a site-specific assessment, professional design, certified survey, statutory approval or valuation for a defined purpose. Use a deliverable only for the purpose, date, accuracy and scope stated in its appointment and report.
Illustrations and intellectual property
Website artwork, models, example images, text and branding may be subject to intellectual-property rights. Viewing the site does not grant a licence to reproduce project information or commercial material. The architectural plan and site-monitor sample are illustrative and are not construction documents or a live client dataset.
Acceptable use and external services
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, submit unlawful material or misrepresent another person’s identity or authority. Rights and law
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. South African law applies, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and consumer protections. Project-specific rights remain governed by the written appointment and applicable law.
